Excellent product, March 19th, 2014
I purchased this to go with the Linksys EA6900 Router and Motorola SB6141 Modem I upgraded to. This paired well nicely and replace my existing Linksys WET610N Wireless N Ethernet Bridge. It was easy to connect to the router and I hooked up my Xbox 360 and Samsung Blu-ray player to it. Still have 2 additional ports open and may link up the tv but it already has wi-fi. Very pleased with this product thus far. I have noticed smoothing gaming online when playing Battlefield 4 and Black Ops 2.

tech help almost nil despite extended tech help purchased alongs, March 16th, 2014
Despite purchasing for $20 additional tech help to 1 yr. from date (only 90 days included),I've yet to even get the thing to work. No one has contacted me. All the tech help handled in Asia. Once in blue moon it seems you get a good person. If you can, get someone with name Jeeza. She can really get things done, but I've not been able to get her but once on another item years ago. She was in Phillipines, took control with my permission of my stuff, and essentially did all. She called back routinely to see if she could help with anything else. That was great, but not this time. Thanks for listening. The product itself is very complicated if one is to set it up himself.

Easy HD video to living room from router, November 15th, 2012
Bought this product to get new wifi wireless ac connection from my ac router to living room where I have sling box dvr from dish and roku box. Used the single button wpa to configure media connector with router, then plugged in the roku and dvr to device. All worked great. Setup my two living room devices to use wired on their setups. Netflix, DLNA video streaming from home computer and vudu work great. In fact, Vudu test allows full HDX video streaming level + 7.1 surround due to the very fast wireless connection. Very happy with this product. Works great.

Documentation is far below expectations in so much as not concise for wireless hotspot bridging. Do not follow the instructions.

Fastest WiFi Media Bridge ever!, January 15th, 2013
Pros: If speed is what you are looking for then this is it. This media bridge is about twice as fast as the one it replaced (TrendNET's TEW-680MB). The router (Asus RT-AC66U) consistently reports a 585MBps RX connection for the media bridge. It streams HD Video much, much faster than it can be viewed. Buffering is a thing of the past! Also, very stable with a fairly small footprint. Cons: Price. It performs great but $150 is just too much to pay based on the function of the media bridge. Had to take a star off for price alone. This is not a dual band item, it only operates in the 5GHz range. Thoughts: This is where WiFi should have been ten years ago. The 802.11AC standard is ready to put WiFi into hyperdrive. The speed is just so amazing that even gamers and those streaming HD video will be thrilled. No lagging ever and no buffering ever! But $150!? No way! It should be $100 given what it does. So to sum up, it is a fantastic and fantastically, over-priced product.
