Great product, April 5th, 2013
I've owned this switch for more than a year and I am impressed with it. My home network is larger than what is considered to home network and I never had switching problem. FAST and RELIABLE!!!

Big problems doing TFTP through it., March 15th, 2013
PC connected at 1.0 Gbps serving files via TFTP to a device at 100 Mbps gets LOTS of errors. File transfers rarely complete, failing with too many errors, with the receiver getting "Got error 4" which could only happen if the whole packet didn't get delivered. Changed cables to make sure all were 5e didn't help. Moved back to my older 10/100 switch and problems went away. I'm fairly confidant the problem is in the SE2800.

Great performance at a great value, March 15th, 2013
I installed this switch with a new router , the set up was easy (router was linksys also) all computers and printers worked well , no more crashes or IP conflicts. I recommended to other friends and they are happy with the results.

Interesting little box, March 15th, 2013
I have lived with four ports for a long time. As I began to add components to my computer the need for more network ports grew. This Ethernet switch provided the expantion I needed. Printer, station for my laptop, internet service to the network, home security system including cameras. Worked perfect right out of the box. I have limited knowledge with switches, hubs, routers and the like. However, anyone with the minimum of network experience will find the installation no problem. The instructions worked for me even though I didn't understand all the terminology.
