The Support Protection Plan (SPP) support offering was developed to target customers who are within the Complimentary Assisted Support (CAS) period and want to extend the Support portion of their Linksys device. This allows the support time period to mirror the service portion of their hardware warranty (1 year limited warranty).
This support offering will provide unlimited Complimentary Assisted Support for the full 365 days (from date of purchase of the covered hardware). This includes Toll-free Telephone Technical Support and Remote Access (Direct Connect) at no additional charge.
This is an exceptional value to the customers, for less than $20 (the cost of two Direct Connect Sessions), the customer has the peace of mind to know that they are covered with Complimentary Telephone Technical Support, as well as Remote Access, for the full year of their hardware's 1 year limited warranty.
NOTE: Customers must purchase this while they are within their product's 90 Day Complimentary Assisted Support time period and there is a Grace Period of an additional 30 days (total 120 days from the date of purchase of the hardware that will be covered)
