The Linksys Phone Connect Six (LPC-6) multiple-incident service offering compliments the updated Linksys Phone Connect single-incident offering. This offering provides customers with phone support for an out-of-warranty Linksys product for a period of six months or six incidents (whichever comes first). The new Linksys Phone Connect Six (LPC-6) will provide greater peace of mind to the customer by being able to provide multiple incident coverage for their out of warranty device. This service will also include Linksys Direct Connect (LDC), if needed, at no additional charge. Service is offered on a best effort basis, and does not guarantee resolution. At the end of the call, if the issue is not resolved, then the agent may offer the customer a mail-in rebate in the amount of $15 towards the purchase of a new Linksys device from an authorized sales partner.
