The Linksys Phone Connect (LPC) service offering was designed to target customers who contact tech support and are determined to be out of warranty (OOW). This single-incident service offering provides customers, the ability to have their issue worked in an efficient manner via the phone with a live Tech Support Agent. This service will also include Linksys Direct Connect (LDC), if needed, at no additional charge. Service is offered on a best effort basis, and does not guarantee resolution. At the end of the call, if the issue is not resolved, then the agent may offer the customer a mail-in rebate in the amount of $15 towards the purchase of a new Linksys device from an authorized sales partner.
